The Smoke-Free Multi-Unit Housing Initiative
The Community Health Alliance is a coalition of concerned residents, community groups, and public health experts working to ensure families living in multi-unit homes in the City of Los Angeles are able to breathe air free of toxic second and third hand smoke. We aim to empower community members with the education and resources they need to take steps to ensure safe and fair solutions for their communities.
We meet monthly to further our project goals, and we welcome participation from all community members and other stakeholders in the City of Los Angeles who are concerned about exposure to tobacco and cannabis smoke in multi-unit housing.
The Community Health Alliance is funded by the California Department of Public Health.
